1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "33cb" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://33cb.io, including all sub-pages, services, products, and features made available to registered users.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with 33cb or accesses any part of the 33cb platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal player account opened in your name following successful registration and identity verification on 33cb.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in your 33cb account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT).

2. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register an account or use any 33cb service. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English and shall be interpreted according to their plain English meaning. In the event of any translation being produced for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in all cases of ambiguity or conflict.

3. Eligibility

To register and use a 33cb account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 33cb does not permit the registration or use of accounts by persons under 21, regardless of the age of majority in any particular jurisdiction.
• You must be registering and playing on your own behalf, for personal entertainment purposes only. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account, is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of or physically located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction at the time of registration or at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of an employee of 33cb or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or game studios.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or other legal restriction that prohibits gambling activity, you are not eligible to use 33cb.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Providing false details, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.

33cb reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility requirements are not met or where the accuracy of registration information is in question.

4. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account with 33cb. Opening multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, mobile numbers, or email addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, 33cb reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus funds.

During registration, you are required to provide:

• A valid Bangladesh mobile number, which will serve as your primary login identifier.
• A secure password of your choosing. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password at all times.
• Your full legal name, date of birth, and any other information required during the KYC verification process.

You must keep your account information up to date. Account credentials — particularly your password — must never be shared with any third party. 33cb staff will never ask you to disclose your password via any channel, including email, telephone, or live chat. 5. KYC Verification

33cb operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-fraud standards. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal is processed and may additionally be requested at any time at the sole discretion of 33cb.

KYC verification may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A clear copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Age: Any government-issued document confirming you are 21 years of age or older.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation from your bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay account, or bank statement, demonstrating that the payment method used belongs to you.

Documents submitted for KYC purposes will be handled in accordance with the 33cb Privacy Policy. Submission of false, altered, or fraudulent documents is a criminal matter and will result in immediate permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the appropriate authorities.

Withdrawal requests will be held pending until KYC verification is complete. 33cb aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 72 hours of receiving all required documentation. Players are encouraged to initiate KYC verification proactively rather than waiting until a withdrawal is requested.

6. Deposits

All deposits to your 33cb account are held in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 33cb does not charge fees on deposits made via any of the supported payment methods. The following deposit conditions apply:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 per transaction.
• Supported Methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking), Upay, and local bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank).
• Processing Time: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are typically credited to your 33cb balance within seconds of authorisation on your mobile device. Bank transfer deposits may take up to two hours during standard Bangladesh banking hours.
• Source of Funds: All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the bKash, Nagad, or bank account used does not match the registered 33cb account holder — will be declined and returned. Any deposit accepted in error from a third-party source will be subject to reversal.
• Deposit Limits: Players may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account dashboard as part of 33cb's responsible gaming tools. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase to a previously set limit is subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before becoming active.

33cb reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of any unusually large deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within five business days may result in the deposit being returned and the account being placed under review.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 per transaction via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay. Bank transfer withdrawals have a minimum of ৳5,000.
• KYC Requirement: All withdrawal requests require a completed KYC verification on the player's account. Unverified accounts may place bets and use bonus offers, but withdrawals will be held until verification is complete.
• Payment Method Matching: Withdrawals will be processed only to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, and to the account registered in the player's own name. 33cb does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Processing Time: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals are typically processed within one hour of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within four to six hours during standard Bangladesh banking hours (Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM BST). Withdrawals submitted outside banking hours will be processed on the next available banking day.
• Withdrawal Fees: 33cb does not charge a fee for standard withdrawal processing. Any fees levied by the player's bank or mobile banking provider are the responsibility of the player.
• Pending Bets: Withdrawal requests submitted while active bets are unsettled will be queued until the relevant bets are settled. Funds attributable to unsettled bets cannot be withdrawn until the outcome is confirmed.

33cb reserves the right to perform additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 or that are identified as potentially inconsistent with the player's usual activity pattern. Such checks will be conducted with reasonable speed and communicated to the player via their registered contact details.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

33cb offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal event promotions (such as BPL tournament offers and Eid celebration bonuses). All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any offer-specific terms communicated at the time:

• Bonus offers are available only to players who have completed KYC verification and hold an account in good standing.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement, which is the total value of eligible wagers that must be placed using the bonus funds before any winnings derived from bonus play may be withdrawn as real money. Wagering requirements and eligible game contributions are stated in the specific offer terms.
• Free bets and bonus credits must be used within the validity window stated in the offer terms. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period and will be removed from the account balance without compensation.
• Minimum odds conditions apply to free bets and sports betting bonuses unless otherwise stated. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance and will be used before real-money funds for eligible wagers, in accordance with the platform's bet-placement logic.
• 33cb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time, provided that existing bonus balances already credited to player accounts will not be retrospectively removed except in cases of suspected bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or breach of these Terms.
• Attempting to exploit bonus offers through systematic arbitrage, matched betting with unusual deposit and withdrawal patterns, multi-account claiming, or any other method considered abusive at 33cb's sole discretion will result in immediate bonus cancellation, account review, and potential permanent suspension.

9. Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on 33cb are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant section of the 33cb sportsbook and form part of these Terms by reference.

9.1 Bet Acceptance

33cb reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion before acceptance is confirmed. A bet is only accepted once a bet ID and confirmation are displayed on screen and recorded in the player's bet history. Verbal or written requests for bets outside the platform interface are not valid.

9.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. 33cb reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players or specific markets at any time without prior notice.

9.3 Odds and Prices

Odds are subject to change before a bet is accepted. If odds change between the time a player adds a selection to the bet slip and the time of submission, the player will be notified of the new price and given the option to confirm or cancel. 33cb offers odds in decimal format as standard.

9.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, Bangladesh national team matches, and other cricket fixtures, as well as football, kabaddi, and other sports. In-play markets may be suspended at any time during an event due to significant play developments, technical issues, or data feed interruptions. 33cb is not liable for the unavailability of in-play markets during any period of a live event.

9.5 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided and the stake returned if: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event is not completed within 36 hours of the scheduled start time; an obvious pricing error is identified; or market integrity concerns are raised. Voided bets do not count toward bonus wagering requirements.

9.6 Match Fixing and Integrity

33cb is committed to sports integrity. Any player found to have inside knowledge relating to the fixing of any sporting event, or who is identified as a participant in match-fixing activity, will have their account permanently closed, all winnings cancelled, and the matter reported to the relevant sporting authority.

10. Casino & Slots

33cb's live casino and slot products are provided in partnership with third-party game studios and content providers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. The rules of individual casino games and slot titles are governed by the rules published within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between in-game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live casino titles, by physical dealing and spinning equipment operated by live dealers. 33cb does not influence game outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published by the respective game studios and represent theoretical long-run averages — they do not guarantee individual session results.

33cb reserves the right to void any casino game round where a technical fault, disconnection, or software error affects the integrity of the outcome. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's balance. Where a game result has already been delivered and funds disbursed, no retroactive cancellation will occur unless fraud or exploitation is identified.

11. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 33cb platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions, or interfere with platform operation.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, pricing errors, or technical malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from an identified error are not considered valid and may be reversed.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or using 33cb to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Placing bets with the intent to exploit bonus offers through arbitrage, matched betting, or systematic low-risk wagering patterns inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
• Sharing account access with another person, allowing a third party to deposit or withdraw on your behalf, or using another player's account credentials.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you, including making deposits from mobile banking or bank accounts registered in another person's name.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 33cb customer support staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access 33cb from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, including through the use of VPNs, proxies, or other IP masking tools.

12. Account Suspension and Closure

33cb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or identity theft.
• Identification of a player as being under 21 years of age.
• A player's account being subject to a self-exclusion request, court order, or other legal restriction.
• Inactivity — an account with no login, deposit, or bet activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts will not have their real-money balance deducted, but a monthly account maintenance fee of ৳100 may be applied after the 12-month dormancy period.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 33cb will communicate the suspension to the player via their registered contact details. If the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the account will be reinstated and any suspended balance made available. If a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are typically processed within 24 to 48 hours. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure, above the minimum withdrawal threshold and not subject to active bonus wagering requirements, will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

13. Responsible Gaming

33cb is committed to providing a safe, responsible, and entertaining gaming environment for adults aged 21 and above. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players from within their account dashboard at no charge and with immediate effect (where applicable):

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on the total amount you can deposit. Limit reductions are effective immediately; increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any 33cb content without express prior written permission.

You may access and display 33cb platform content on a single device for your own personal, non-commercial use only. Any use of 33cb content beyond this limited personal use — including scraping, data mining, systematic downloading, or incorporation into any third-party site or application — is strictly prohibited.

Game content, including slot game graphics, live casino feeds, and sports data, is provided under licence from third-party studios and data providers. The intellectual property rights in those materials remain the property of the respective rights holders.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 33cb and its affiliates, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 33cb platform, including but not limited to:

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or the use of the 33cb platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international online gaming law and, where applicable, the laws of the territory in which 33cb is legally registered and operates.

Any dispute arising from your use of 33cb that cannot be resolved through the platform's standard customer support process should be submitted in writing to [email protected]. 33cb aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and to resolve them within 14 calendar days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to pursue resolution through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution process before initiating formal legal proceedings.

17. Amendments to These Terms

33cb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 33cb will notify registered players via their registered email address or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. Minor editorial changes, corrections, or clarifications that do not materially alter player rights or obligations may be made without advance notice.

The version of the Terms & Conditions in effect at the time of any transaction, bet placement, or dispute shall be the version applicable to that event. Continued use of the 33cb platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
